Mail order: request a catalogue to receive your home shopping order form. View the catalogue online or request one via our catalogue pages. Once you receive the catalogue and order form, just complete the form and post back to us at the below address and we will promptly process home shopping orders.

For those who are eligable, we offer VAT exemption on all our clothes where items show prices 'excluding VAT'. VAT exemption can be claimed on behalf of someone who is eligable too so long as it is for their use. This is worth noting particularly when buying gifts for someone who is VAT exempt. Should you have any specific requirements, we will do our best to help. We offer a hemming service so you can have lengths reduced to your precise requirements - exactly the length you want. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange items that have been hemmed if you have specified the wrong length or decide you do not like them. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Alterations take up to 10 days and cost £12 per garment for amendment.

On our website, if you see it and like it, add it to your wish list! Your wish list allows you to save products that you might want to buy in the future. Just click the "Add to WishList" button on the product details page, and the product will be added to your wish list. Your wish list can be viewed at anytime by visiting My WishList once you have added items. Simple!

When on the product details pages, you will notice several social media icons as well as one which says "Email a Friend" below the product images. Use these buttons to let loved ones know what you really want for Christmas this year.

Alternatively if you can think of someone you know who would love this item, let them know! Use one of the social or email icons to share a link to the page with them.

You can find full details on our delivery & returns policy online at our delivery & returns page as well as terms and conditions pages. Here though, we have pulled together key details to guide you over the Christmas period.

In order to make certain that you recieve your orders in time for Christmas, we recommended that the last delivery dates are:
1.) Standard delivery £3.95: 19th December 2016
2.) Express delivery £5.95: 21st December 2016

We understand you may want to try something on in the comfort of your own home before committing to a purchase. You will therefore be pleased to hear we offer free returns within 14 days on receipt of order as long as items are in the same condition you received them.

During the Christmas period, we have an extended returns policy where anything ordered after 1st December 2016 as a gift has until 8th January 2017 to be returned. This applies to all orders except those we've carried out alterations on, but this does not affect your statutary rights.
